Massive thank you to everyone who helped out at the Rodeo Bar, it was another successful year, and went very smoothly. Despite the inevitable huge queue, we managed to server people quickly, keep up the stock of cold drinks and had very few unhappy customers.
Coming up is a variety of Good Friday Appeal Fundraisers:
- Monday 21st – 7:30pm Bingo night at the golf club. Due to short notice, they have organised the prizes for us, and we will just need to help sell the raffle tickets, draw the raffle and then accept a cheque for the money raised.
- Thursday 24th – 5pm selling raffle tickets at the pub. Meet at the Mansfield Hotel and then we go around the pubs selling raffle tickets to be drawn on Good Friday. This should be a fair bit of fun so please come and help if you can.
- Good Friday 25th – 9am till 1-2pm We will again be setting up the coin target in the main street, please come and help out for a couple of hours if you can.
